  • Reported enterprise stories and investigations for the online news site within Cambodia’s long-running independent radio and talk news outlet. Topics of specialization include investigations of corruption, land rights, environmental degradation and human rights.
  • Edited stories and advised young journalists and interns to develop their reporting techniques and storytelling.
  • Developed and led several reporting projects for VOD English. This included climate change series as well as our Enslaved series, documenting the labor rights abuses, human trafficking and money laundering in Cambodia’s scam industry. For the latter, we won the Society of Publishers in Asia’s Carlos Tejada Award for Excellence in Investigative Journalism.
